Set amidst the Cheviot Hills and with wonderful views from its very private terraced garden, it is a perfect, peaceful place to relax and unwind. The location is ideal for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland – Kelso is just 7 miles, Holy Island is a 45 minute drive and historic Edinburgh city is only an hour away. Both the Pennine Way and St Cuthbert's Way pass through the village, and the Northumberland National Park is ½ mile away, so visitors can enjoy great walking from the door, and golf, fishing and horse riding are all available locally. Excellent dining pub 200 yards, shop ½ mile.

Reviews
Upon our arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome from our representative. The cottage was immaculately presented with clean and modern furnishings. It had all the facilities that we needed for our 5 month old daughter and our labrador Jack. The surrounding village was very peaceful and the locals were very friendly. All in all we had a wonderful holiday and we look forward to booking our holiday next year with Hoseasons.

Valley View is a beautiful cottage with everything you need, the perfect home from home and decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Kirk Yetholm is a wonderful cosy corner of the world, the locals are very friendly and the walks in the area suits all abilities. The scenery is gorgeous, as you drive around the area you will find you are flipping in and out of Scotland into England, having the best of both areas on your doorstep. We fell in love with this area and will definitely go back. The border Inn serves lovely food and a range of unusual beers and drinks for the disearning palate.
